Tasting Notes: This sake has nice sweet floral bouquet. It starts with a slight sweetness of rice and expands into a bold, umami taste that is not overpowering on the palate. It finishes clean and elegant and is not overly dry. 

Food pairing suggestion: This elegant sake is excellent with appetizer, sashimi where the focus is the taste of the natural ingredients. It also works well with French cuisine, which flavour dimensions are cleaner and simpler.  The umami makes it a good pairing with steamed seafood or soft cheese as well.
