Barley and black koji is used in this shochu. It is gentle and delicate and can be served on the rocks. For those who prefers a more subtle taste, mix the shochu with cold or warm water (6 parts shochu and 4 parts water). It can also be mixed with soda or fruit juice.
This product is 900ml.
Rikyubai is named after a cherry tree in the garden of the brewery. It is the traditional label consumed around the brewery for decades.
