Made with yamadashiki rice grown locally, this rich tasting sake is a “Nama Chozo” which means it’s only pasteurized once before it’s released from the brewery. It can be served slightly chilled or warmed. This sake matches very well with protein dishes.
Rikyubai is named after a cherry tree in the garden of the brewery. It is the traditional label consumed around the brewery for decades.
