Vintage 2019 was released a month ago in 2020.
Vintage 2018 was last year's product and we kept some in our refrigerated warehouse to create a special set for this year. It is interesting to taste sake from different vintages and see how it gradually change as it ages.
Rikyubai is named after a cherry tree in the garden of the brewery. It is the traditional label consumed around the brewery for decades.
