Omachi rice first originated in Okayama prefecture, being a rice that dissolves easily during fermentation, this sake has a rich distinctive taste of omachi rice. It is easy to drink with a smooth and slightly dry finish. We suggest this sake to be served with heavier cuisine, such as Shanghainese and Chiu Chow.
Rikyubai is named after a cherry tree in the garden of the brewery. It is the traditional label consumed around the brewery for decades.
