Okayama is famous for its local white peaches. This sake is made with fresh peach and is not from peach concentrate or essence. Each bottle uses the juice of two peaches on average and each sip is full of the fresh sweet taste of white peach.
It has a low alcohol content of 8-9%
Rikyubai is named after a cherry tree in the garden of the brewery. It is the traditional label consumed around the brewery for decades.
