Poon Choi
This sake set was made too be paired with 'Poon Choi' a traditional Cantonese festival dish comprised of many layers of different ingredients. We chose the Daimon 35 Junmai Daiginjo and the Yasakaturu Kame No O Kurabu Junmai Ginjo due to their umami qualities complementing the assortment of ingredients presented in the dish, ingredients like conpoy, abalone, mushrooms, and prawns.
