The brewer is a “rising star” in the sake world. This sake was created by a young master brewer with food pairing in mind.  The term “Ultimate food pairing sake” is first used by Hakurakusei.  In our opinion, he was extremely successful, with its balanced taste and subtle nose, this sake can be paired with a wide range of food.   
Tasting Notes:
The subtle nose makes this sake a perfect accompaniment to sashimi and seafood.  Most aromatic sake has a big floral or fruity nose which makes the sake seem sweet in the beginning and decrease the appetite of the drinker. This sake has a balanced palate that ends with a slight acidity and long dry finish.   

This sake is excellent with:

  • Sashimi/Sushi/ Raw Food
  • Tataki/Marinated Food
  • Yakitori/Grilled Chicken
