A sake made to be enjoyed on its own. This sake should be “decant” or oxidised for 15 to 20 minutes before drinking. It is also recommended that sake is to be drank at 17-21 degrees, around room temperature. A Riedel Daiginjo Glass or alternatively, a burgundy wine glass should be used.

Tasting Notes:

This delicate and elegant sake has a ginjo and floral nose. Initial sweetness evolves into acidity and waves of umami flavours that are smooth and not overpowering. The sake ends with a mellow elegant finish.

This sake is excellent with:
